NHS Digital Weight Management Programme
This online 12 week weight management programme designed to personally support you on your journey to a healthy lifestyle and is provided free by the NHS. Your GP can refer you if you are over a BMI of 30 or 27.5 if Black, Asian or in minority ethic group and either diabetic or have hypertension (high blood pressure).
R&B Healthwise Exercise on referral
Tadworth Leisure centre: Helps to reduce risk factors for chronic disease and manage existing conditions. Aims to encourage people of all abilities to become more active to help improve health and wellbeing. Available for Banstead residents who have an existing medical condition that would be helped by exercise.

Be Your Best
Surrey County Council’s children’s weight management service, Be Your Best, is a free service for Surrey families with children aged 0-12yrs. The Be Your Best programme is all about helping your family to better health by supporting you to eat healthier, move more and feel better. Eligible families will be offered 6 1:1 nurse sessions and 6 online group sessions.

This exercise programme is available to anyone. It’s been set up to encourage older adults to take part in regular physical activity.
